TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Terms of Purchase

1.1 In addition to these terms, the legal relations arising from purchases made through KJP GROUP OÜ are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Estonia. The product range and prices may change without notice.

1.2 The quantity of goods available for purchase is shown with a time delay and may differ from the actual stock.

1.3 The purchase-sale transaction is deemed concluded (effective) from the moment the agreed prepayment amount has been received in the account of KJP GROUP OÜ.

1.4 The ordered goods are automatically reserved.

1.5 Disputes arising from orders and purchases between the Buyer and KJP GROUP OÜ are resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, the parties may protect their rights by contacting the Consumer Protection Board or the Tallinn City Court. In resolving disagreements, the parties apply the laws valid in the Republic of Estonia.

2. Ordering 

2.1 Select the product you want to buy from the e-shop. All products you select are automatically added to the shopping cart.

2.2 When you open the shopping cart, you can adjust the quantity of products and also delete products from the cart.

2.3 After entering all products into the cart, press PLACE ORDER.

2.4 All fields marked with * (asterisk) must be filled in the order form.

3. Prices and Payment 

3.1 All our prices (in the sininevalgus.ee store) are in Euros (€) and do not include VAT. (KJP GROUP OÜ is not a VAT payer). 

3.2 After adding the desired goods to the shopping cart, you can select a suitable payment method.

3.3 You can pay for the products:

1) Through links to Estonian Internet banks. SWEDBANK, LHV, LUMINOR, SEB, COOP PANK (payments are handled by MAKSEKESKUS AS). 

2) To receive the goods, select one of the suitable parcel delivery services. Our delivery partners are Smartpost, Omniva, and DPD. 

3) By bank transfer based on an invoice sent by email.

4) KJP GROUP OÜ is the data controller for personal data; your company forwards the personal data necessary for payment processing to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

DISCOUNT COUPONS

You can also use discount coupons on our site! Discount coupons apply to all products. They can be added in the field located in the shopping cart (discount coupons). The discount percentage depends on the campaign (Coupons are issued in the range of 5-50%). Additionally, we also issue free shipping coupons. More information about coupons can be found on our Facebook and Instagram!

4. Delivery time and transport

4.1 Goods are posted no later than two working days after receipt of the transfer (during discount campaigns, your order will be posted within 2-5 working days). Products are immediately available in stock (unless marked as backorder). The maximum delivery time for a regular order is 4 working days. Products marked as “available on backorder” have a longer delivery time, usually 5-14 working days. Our delivery partners are Smartpost, Omniva, and DPD. If the website notes “longer than usual order time,” this means that there have been many orders in our website system lately and assembling them takes a bit longer. 4.2 Other shipping methods operate according to the terms and price list of the service provider company.

4.5 Products are not sent outside the Republic of Estonia for regular orders. (If you wish to send outside Estonia, please write us a separate email.

5. Order cancellation and product returns 

5.1. You have the right to cancel your order after payment for the products but before delivery by sending KJP GROUP OÜ an email to info@sininevalgus.ee with appropriate notification including the order number and your bank account number or by calling KJP GROUP OÜ contact phone +372 53461380. KJP GROUP OÜ pays the shipping costs of returned goods. 

5.2. After making an order, the customer has 14 days to submit a return request. This request can be made only if the product is just tried on and can be returned in its original packaging and plastic wrap. If the product is worn more than once, sininevalgus.ee will return 50% of the order amount (worn products are not equivalent to unused products). If you want to return the purchased goods after trying, you have the option to return or exchange the product within 14 days by sending KJP GROUP OÜ an email to

info@sininevalgus.ee with a cancellation notice including the order number or by calling KJP GROUP OÜ contact phone +372 53461380.

5.3 In the case mentioned in clause 5.2, the amount paid for the purchase will be refunded to your bank account within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, provided that you have also returned the goods within the same period. 

The delivery fee is not refundable. If we refund you the returned amount, the delivery fee will be deducted from it. The delivery cost is reimbursed 100% if the product is defective.

5.4. The returned product must be complete (include all items contained in the product package, etc.).

5.5. If the returned product (and its packaging) is damaged due to circumstances not caused by KJP GROUP OÜ, and due to improper use of the product, KJP GROUP OÜhas the right to offset the decrease in the product’s value against the amount you paid for the product and the amount refundable to you. For offsetting, KJP GROUP OÜwill send you an offset application to the email address you provided when placing the order. If you do not agree with the value decrease indicated in the offset notice, you have the right to engage an independent expert to determine the value decrease. The costs associated with the expertise will be shared equally between you and KJP GROUP OÜ, except if one party’s position turns out to be evidently unjustified. In such case, the party whose position was evidently unjustified bears the expertise costs.

6. Warranty and return of non-conforming products

6.1 KJP GROUP OÜ is not responsible for:

1) Product deterioration/damage caused by your fault.

2) Defects arising from improper use of the product.

3) Normal physical wear and tear of the product under normal use.

6.2. In case of non-conformity or defect of the product, you have the right to demand replacement with a conforming and defect-free product or to withdraw from the order and return the non-conforming product at the expense of KJP GROUP OÜ.

6.3. In case of return of a non-conforming product, the amount paid for the product (including transportation costs) will be transferred to the bank account you provided no later than 14 days from the receipt of the notice of withdrawal and return of the product.

7. Liability and Force Majeure 

7.1. KJP GROUP OÜ is liable to you and you are liable to KJP GROUP OÜ for damages caused by breach of these terms in cases and to the extent provided by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

7.2. KJP GROUP OÜ is not liable for damages caused to you or delay in delivery of the product if the damage or delay is due to circumstances beyond KJP GROUP OÜ‘s control and which KJP GROUP OÜ could not foresee or avoid (force majeure).

8. Privacy

8.1 Purchasing from our e-shop is safe; your personal data is processed in accordance with applicable laws and is not disclosed to third parties; it is used only to fulfill the order and resolve order-related issues.

8.2 All personal data of customers obtained during visits and purchases in the KJP GROUP OÜ e-shop are treated as confidential information. An encrypted data channel (SSL) with banks ensures the security of buyer’s personal data and bank details. Also, KJP GROUP OÜ has no access to them.

8.3 When registering on the website, using contact forms and/or making purchases in the e-shop, the following personal data may be collected from you for providing the relevant service:

  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address
  • Company name
  • Billing address
  • Delivery address

8.4 We use cookies to provide and improve the service. Cookies are small text files stored on your computer or device by your browser when visiting our website. We do not access or control cookies placed on our site by third parties — the use of those cookies is governed by their privacy policies. We recommend you separately review the privacy policy of all third parties.
